Refund & Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify Karioska of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide a reason.

Where several goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last relevant item is received.

How to request a return

Before returning a piece, contact hello@karioska.com or use the Message Us page and provide your order number.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notification.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order.

Condition of returned pieces

You may examine a piece to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Whenever possible, please return the piece with its original protective packaging so that it can travel safely.

Return shipping costs

For a standard withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

If the item delivered is incorrect, damaged on arrival or non-conforming, Karioska will handle the return in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not require the customer to bear return costs attributable to that issue.

Personalized & bespoke pieces

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to pieces made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Where a piece is bespoke or personalized, this will be made clear before the order is confirmed.

Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal applies, Karioska will refund the sums due using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

For a full withdrawal, the standard initial delivery cost is refunded in accordance with applicable law.

The refund is made within the statutory timeframe and may be deferred until Karioska receives the returned goods or receives evidence that they have been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, contact us before returning the piece. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require a separate payment or refund if the replacement value differs.

Legal guarantees

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this return policy.

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided by French law.

Order cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to accommodate the request where operationally possible.

This does not affect any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights that apply after delivery.
